Simon is best known as a Managing Partner of the Tremain Real Estate Group. The head office operates out of the Hawke’s Bay, with offices from the Bay of Plenty down to the Wairarapa. Simon has always had a strong interest in property investment and development. He has been a commercial property owner for over 20 years.

General Manager – Development

Marcus is the General Manager of the TW Property Group and oversees all aspects of property development. Marcus was born and raised in Hawke’s Bay and has spent the majority of his professional career in the United Kingdom and Auckland. Marcus is an assessor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

tim schaeffers BBSc/PMP

Project Manager/Development Manager

Tim brings over nine years of project management experience to TW Property Group. He is involved with the project management delivery of a portfolio of developments including residential, commercial, and large-scale subdivisions.

Tim has spent a majority of his professional career in commercial construction as a Client-side Project Manager in Wellington.

Development Manager

Isaac is responsible for the initiation, management and completion of property development projects for TW Group. With over 12 years industry experience he brings a well-rounded skill set having recently returned from the UK and time working on local government projects.  

CAM WARD

Managing Partner

Cam joined the real estate industry in 2009. Previous to this he worked in law after completing his Law and Commerce Degrees at Otago University. Since then, Cam and Simon have been business partners jointly running their real estate businesses and now their property and development business. Cam has always had a strong interest in property and development.  

STEVIE-LEE GOODGAME BProp

General Manager

Stevie-Lee sits alongside Marcus and has been with the TW group for five years. Stevie-Lee manages the TW group as a whole. She assists with the project management and associated documentation, as well as overseeing the ongoing management of the properties.

Development Manager

Sam brings a breadth of commercial experience to the team with a mix of corporate, financial, and construction roles spanning the past 20 years. He has owned and operated an architectural design and build specialist company, and brings passion for the central North Island region to the team.

Tracey leads and runs the accounting and administration of the property entities within the TW Group.

Brittanie supports Cam and the rest of the TW team with all their administration needs.

Mitch has recently graduated from University of Canterbury. He works alongside Cam and Sam analysing opportunities for potential development around the Hawke's Bay region and the North Island.
