This project transformed a run down commercial precinct to a 16 dwelling free hold title townhouse development in one of Napier’s most popular suburbs. 

Being an archaeologically significant precinct of the city, the site required thorough investigation to facilitate the various consents required to create a multi-unit development offering a new property genre in this area. Civil construction and residential construction occurred concurrently within the restricted confines of the site. The completed development provided a level of bespoke design for early purchasers and the development was quickly fully subscribed.
