The historically significant and iconic Criterion Bar sat fire damaged and derelict for many years. This redevelopment involved resource consents to alter a Heritage building and significant fit-out and modernisation works to present what is now a vibrant and popular bar and restaurant (Market Street). The project involved liaising and managing multiple unit title owners and body corporate stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery.
