Terry is renowned in the property development industry.
Having successfully managed his own property development company, he now brings his well-rounded and expert skills to TW Property, developing successful business strategies and overseeing the project management, property acquisition and documentation process.
Stevie-Lee has been with us for eight years following the completion of a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland.
As General Manager of the TW Group, Stevie-Lee oversees all aspects of TW Property, along with relationship management of external stakeholders.
Isaac is responsible for the initiation, management and completion of property development projects for TW Property.
With over 12 years industry experience he brings a well-rounded skill set having recently returned from the UK and time working on local government projects.
Carley has recently joined the TW Property Group where she manages the operations and day to day running of the business, making sure each project runs smoothly, on time and on budget.
Mike has over 10 years experience in the construction industry, in both hands on and management roles.
Having run his own successful construction business, he now joins TW Property as Construction Manager, where he project manages the build construction phases of our projects for clients.
Matt has nine years of Civil Engineering experience specialising in geometric road design for numerous local government and private sector clients.
His abilities extend into project management and construction supervision roles, providing a sound approach to TW Properties land and property development projects.
Nick is an accomplished manager, strategist and solution-oriented individual who thrives in challenging, fast paced environments, where performance directly impacts the bottom line. Nick gained 14 years of experience running Projects and Construction Companies across East and Central Africa before moving to New Zealand and joining us at TW Property.
Nick’s lead by example ethos is one of his greatest assets in sustaining a high safety performance reputation, and minimising costs and liabilities.
Mitch graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and International Business. He is currently studying towards a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Here at TW Property, Mitch is responsible for the initiation of development opportunities, and managing property developments.
Josh graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Commerce in Commercial Law and Management, specialising in Systems, Operations and Supply Chains.
Alongside working at TW, Josh plays semi-professional rugby in the National Provincial Competition for the Hawke’s Bay Magpies.
Josh is responsible for the acquisition of property, feasibility analysis, working alongside commercial and development managers, and managing property developments.
